Anna Wintour and Harvey Weinstein are used to rubbing shoulders with elite company.
But the pair will go above their usual elevated dinner guests when they host a $71,600-a-couple fundraiser for President Barack Obama.
In total, the evening will raise $2 million for the Obama Victory Fund and the Democratic National Committee.
According to the New York Post, Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin, Lyor Cohen, Tory Burch, Alicia Keys and Quentin Tarantino are expected to attend the event, held August 11 at Weinstein's West Village house.
Originally, Obama was scheduled to be a guest of the Weinstein's on July 18, but was forced to reschedule the trip due to the debt ceiling crisis.
