The Chinese Oprah or Anna Wintour, as the rich magazine magnate Hung Huang has been called recently blogged a nasty comment about the losses in her Deutsche Bank portfolio.
Huang, who runs China Interactive Media Group, a publishing company responsible for the Chinese magazines Look, Time Out and Seventeen, wrote on the micro-blog Weibo (translated):
Deutsche Bank offers the worst private banking service in the world. They have nearly turned me into a proletarian.
She didn't go into the details about how Deutsche Bank wronged her, but her comments are spreading. Forbes says it's been "shared" over 2700 times.
If she's as influential as Oprah is in the states, that's terrible news for Deutsche Bank.
Huang, who also has ties to the government (her mother translated for Mao and whose stepfather was China’s foreign minister, according to Forbes) has 2.7 million followers on Weibo.
